HOW IT ALL BEGAN

I didn't realise it at the time, but I'd been learning since I was a child. Watching my mum and dad make alfajores in our family kitchen taught me more than just how to bake. They taught me about patience, working hard, and creating something with love from simple ingredients. Those moments became some of my happiest childhood memories.

Years later, as a father of four, I wanted to recreate those same memories for my own children. I never expected baking to become such an important part of my life. It was simply something I found I was good at, and the joy it brought to my family made me want to keep creating and sharing.

Every batch is still made the same way I remember from my childhood: with patience, simple ingredients, and the belief that good food is meant to be shared.

It's funny how fulfilment can come from the smallest things. For me, it's creating something with my own hands and seeing someone smile after the very first bite.
